Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across various channels (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Programmatic, Search, etc.). Manage media budgets effectively, allocating resources to the highest-performing channels. Optimize campaigns to improve Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.Strategy Development: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and new user acquisition strategies. Design and test different audience segmentation and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Build and implement strategies for scaling user acquisition efforts to meet company growth objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of user acquisition campaigns, making adjustments to improve results. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost per install (CPI), and lifetime value (LTV). Create detailed performance reports for internal teams, stakeholders, and management.
Creative & A/B Testing: Collaborate with creative teams to design and test ads, landing pages, and other marketing assets. Continuously run A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign landing pages.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, analytics, and growth teams to align acquisition efforts with the overall business goals. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure the consistency of brand messaging and campaigns across all channels.
Budget Management: Manage large advertising budgets and ensure that funds are allocated efficiently to generate the best return on investment. Identify areas of underperformance or overspending and make data-driven adjustments to maximize campaign profitability.
User Retention and Lifecycle: Collaborate with retention teams to ensure that newly acquired users are engaged and retained over time. Help identify key touchpoints where users can be re-engaged or targeted for upsells, cross-sells, and retention efforts.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA) can be a plus.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing. Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.) and campaign management. Experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and interpreting key metrics to optimize campaigns.
Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau). Excellent communication and project management skills. Knowledge of mobile app marketing and the ability to manage and optimize performance on various advertising platforms. Familiarity with attribution models, lifecycle marketing, and user segmentation.
Desirable Qualities: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and innovations. Experience with mobile app marketing (CPI, App Store Optimization, etc.). Familiarity with tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer, or other attribution platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
